Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy:

In the event that you need to cancel your photo booth reservation, our deposit refund policy is designed to be fair to all parties involved.  If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days prior to the event date, your deposit will be refunded in full.

To request a refund, please contact us in writing via email at info@jags360booth.com. We will respond to your request as soon as possible to process the refund.

Please note that refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution’s policies.
